What to Expect
Arrival
You will receive a notification text 60 minutes before our arrival. You do not have to be home and pets do not have to be inside for us to scoop!
During The Scoop
Our technicians walk your yard in a specialized pattern multiple times to minimize missing waste. Flower beds, rock beds, and behind sheds are all checked!
Disposal
Your pooper scooper will double-bag the dog waste in biodegradable bags and place it in your trash can. If you don’t have a trash can, the waste will simply be placed on the side of your home. This ensures proper disposal and compliance with local guidelines.
Before We Scoop
Scooping equipment and shoes are sprayed with a kennel grade disinfectant before each yard to prevent illness and the spread of germs!
After the scoop
After we finish cleaning your yard of waste, the technician will exit the yard, close the gate, then disinfect tools and shoes. A gate photo is then sent to you!
